The Childfree
In a world that caters to families and children, it is nice to know that there are a few out there that have decided to forgo the parenting life and become childfree. We have chosen to stand up for our own lives and not make such a decision based on what society says is “normal” and “acceptable”. If someone wants to have kids, that’s fine. However, there are those in this world he don’t want to, can’t, or shouldn’t become parents. This site’s for you. We’re few and far between, but we must stand strong.
We constantly get barraged by phrases like “You’ll change you’re mind”, “It’s different when it’s your own”, “Did you have a bad childhood?”, etc. Little do these people realize that these are fruitless attempts. I’ve been saying no to children since I was 6 years old. I don’t think I’ll be changing. Welcome Childfree Nation! My hat’s off to you.
